·clavo y nuez moscada en polvo
·sal y aceite de oliva
-La víspera, machacar los dientes de ajo y, sin pelar, los pasamos a una fuente honda con las cebolletas cortadas en tiras muy finas. Aparte, en un cuenco, mezclamos el jengibre rallado con un poquito de aceite de oliva y el resto de ingredientes de la marinada : el clavo, la nuez moscada, las semillas de anís y comino, la guindilla cortada en rodajitas finas, el curry y los granos de pimienta.
